For me the fertility awareness method is a safe option because I do want children. It’s also been said that it’s just as effective as other birth control methods when used correctly! Because I’m still learning how to track my cycle 100% how you are meant to, I don’t rely on it all of the way and take other safe precautions with my partner who is extremely supportive.
