I laughed and rolled my eyes through the entirety of this. At the end of the day, it's not about the money. It's about how you are treated by whatever customer service rep you are talking to. Most of the time, especially with phone providers, it's a 1 or 2 star rating. And the AI bots really know how to jab and twist the knife deeper with their insincere remarks. Anthony (my partner) taught me that if you just hit the number 0 over and over and over again until your thumb turns black and blue, you will be transferred to a real person. I tried it and it works. Not that talking to a real person is ever that much better. Kind of like a car, a phone through a cell provider is one of the worst but most unavoidable investments you'll ever make.
