I loved the song, Gabby. I also LOVE these affirmations. I once did a workshop in self-love for middles schoolers, which included the idea of hanging affirmations on your mirror or a place you would regularly see them. At the end of the school day, the girls restroom was COVERED in sticky notes with affirmations. That memory always makes me smile and came to mind while reading this article.
