I quit coffee a few months ago, too. Now I'm back to one cup and herbal tea the rest of the day. A couple of weeks ago, when I had the worst anxiety I've had in a while, I realized it was the first time I had consumed more than 1 cup of coffee in a longgg time. Before, I don't think I would have admitted coffee made me so anxious. But oh does it!!
