I will say, I've never been at this point, though, Dana.

You see, a mental health crisis is an emergency type of situation. It constitutes a complete loss of functioning and usually needs urgent treatment from qualified professionals. It can’t be remedied by a quick little cry and a dance session. It can take weeks or months to recover from.
