I'll be honest, I didn't see much gluten-free options at the places we visited. I have other relatives who visited and are lactose intolerant. They struggled a lot on their trip. I am lactose sensitive (used to be intolerant) and seemed to do just fine, though. This is a great conversation to have! Thanks for pointing it out.
