I’ve sometimes wondered if ex partners and even my sister are bipolar. I have a friend who is and she has hurt me in many ways she will never take accountability for. It’s so hard to set boundaries, but we put ourselves at risk to so much damage, pain, and confusion if we don’t. You’re right, we must leave it to the professionals.
