Oh my. I couldn't help but laugh at this story, but only because I would most likely be the one to fall on the floor trying to grab oat milk creamer!! HAHA. As for the cold, we live somewhere that gets a lot of snow this time of year and have both a wood stove and gas heater we run almost constantly. 60 degrees is WAY too cold for me to be comfortable. However, I am jealous of the climate in Cali. Minus bare floors and little insulation, I think you have the better deal and should stay where you are. :)
