Once, back in my people-pleasing and naive days, I got roped into joining an MLM. Then I realized what it was and told the people who got me involved it wasn't my style and I was done. But they didn't take no for an answer. It's like once those kinds of people get the slightest bit of interest from others, they never forget them... and never stop bothering them!!
