Since living a more intuitive lifestyle, I've found movement to be enjoyable. I don't have a solid routine, but I do consistently ask myself, "What does my body need today? "Sometimes its a walk, sometimes it's yoga, a hike, swim. Having so many options to choose from has, I've found, made regular exercise more fun! It's also a much healthier way to live than when I was stuck battling exercise addiction!
