Thank you for reading Elin! I totally hear you and completely agree. There needs to be more attention given to finding a long-lasting option for male birth control. As you said, there are no excuses with all the other advancements we've made!

I also understand the potential harm in tracking your cycle. There is definitely risk involved, just as there is with hormonal birth control. Either way, us women have to deal with the side effects of something and it's getting old.
