There certainly are, Maria! My cousin's fiance corrected the way I cut and prepared things a few times. It always made for a good laugh and discussion. If you ask the French, there is only one right way (their way!) to prepare things. ;) And I'm okay with it because as you say, that's why everything tastes so darn good!
