This section especially, brought me to tears.

… as I need to instead of waking up before dawn every day so I can somehow feel better about myself. I want to indulge in foods that bring me pleasure even if they’re not considered “healthy”. I want to give myself permission to rest and take an afternoon nap if I need to. I want to let my body be instead of forcing it to fit into strict definitions of beauty.
