To eat food we enjoy and find comfort in should never be a guilty pleasure. That, my friend, is a GOOD PLEASURE. Perhaps if you allow yourself those goodies more often, you won't find it so hard to keep yourself from eating all of the yummies in the house. Just a thought coming from someone who restricted their food intake for a long time (due to an eating disorder) and felt our of control around food.
