What an important lesson. I played piano growing up but stopped when my parents got divorced and my dad got custody of me and gave me the choice. I think he was swaying me not to play so he didn't have to pay, which was fine with me at the time because I hated the recitals. Now as an adult, I wish he would have kept me in it because I love the sound of piano so much and might have been somewhat decent!
